February Features

Wed Feb 12, 2014, 4:08 AM
I admit to mostly writing another journal entry because this looks pretty.

Work has not been going well for me, which naturally means I am making great progress on novel writing. All recent deviations have been character design and backstory related. If there are any confused watchers who want to know anything more about any characters or pictures they see - feel free to ask.

I have some feature related informations that I also thought might be nice to share.

I don't know how many people still read webcomics, but two that are going particularly strong at the minute are:

:bulletwhite: SADCAT's The Awakend which follows a very sickly looking boy who can see undead creepies, wolf people, and is perpetually pursued by shadowy demons and a blue haired tubby schoolfriend. Also now featuring the return of the insanely tall and particularly pretty Montague.

:bulletwhite: sarahn's Daniel - a 1930s film noir inspired vampire horror that follows an illfated grave digger, Daniel, and his transformation into something worse...

I have lots of half finished deviations lying about at the minute, lots of whom are of Reimar's son, Nicomada. So I'm sure an influx of slightly deranged looking half elves will spawn themselves here soon. I have been working on Reimar and Nico's backstory, for the past 6-7 months (in slow droves), which is still probably more detail than they deserve as they're both fairly minor characters. But then who knows what may happen, as lots of nameless goons have become cntral to the storyline recently.Almirith has finally stepped up into a developed character, and somehow little Enzich is turning into something quite terrifying.
I also painted an overly romanticised picture of Lanorin and a Forsantican sunrise, as he was lacking in self respecting portraits.
